Arrival at Siem Reap Angkor International Airport, welcome by our local English Speaking Guide and transfer to the hotel for check-in.A welcome drink will be offered on arrival at the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel.Morning visits the site of Angkor Thom, a vast architectural ensemble with the Bayon mountain temple in its center, famous for its towers with 216 faces of Avalokitésvara. Stroll the temple of Baphuon in the enclosure of the former Royal Palace. Visit the terrace of the Elephants and that of the Leper King. Note: Since January 2020, the APSARA Authority which manages the Angkor site has closed to the public until further notice access to the third terrace of the Bayon temple, in order to allow studies on the stability of the towers and the main sanctuary. Visitors can, for the moment, admire the bas-reliefs and sculptures at ground level and on the first and second terraces.If time permits, continue to visit Ta Prohm temple, one of the most extraordinary works of nature is concentrated in this temple where the immense cheesemakers extend their roots through the stones, lifting them up and gradually upsetting the original configuration of this temple.Lunch at a local restaurant.Afternoon, visit the famous temple of Angkor Wat, a masterpiece of Khmer art that has become the symbol of Cambodia.Note: The visit of the temple of Angkor Wat and also the tower of Bakan oblige visitors to cover their shoulders well, and to wear long pants or a long skirt. For the visit to the Bakan Tower of Angkor Wat, children under 12 are prohibited from climbing. Breakfast at the hotel.Morning on the way to the North of Siem Reap where you stop a little to visit the village of Preah Dak, a local market known for its fresh fruits and vegetables and for its famous Cambodian rice noodles. If you are lucky, you may have the opportunity to visit a local house where these famous Cambodian rice noodles are made.Continue the road towards the west side of this village, your bike tour will begin with the discovery of a craft house where you can observe a demonstration of the harvesting of palm juice for the manufacture of palm sugar (from October to April, harvest season), visit the local houses where they make Kramas (Khmer scarves), palm leaf hand weaving, Krolans (glutinous rice with coconut and soy cooked in the bamboo stick), etc. Then visit a pagoda following a Buddhist blessing. You will have the opportunity to live the unique experience of a Buddhist “blessing”. After a short chant, the monk will bless you with lustral water. This ritual, very popular among the Khmers, aims to chase away evil spirits such as illness or bad luck!Refreshments in a Khmer house for a tasting of fresh coconut juice followed by a Khmer lunch at a local restaurant.Afternoon, the discovery of the temple of Banteay Srei, the "citadel of women" which André MALRAUX liked so much. Breakfast at the hotel.Morning, depart for the visit of a local market then to a floating village on Lake Tonle Sap, where you will embark on a local boat from the village and meander quietly on Lake Tonle Sap to observe the small floating villages. Visit fish farms, meet with the inhabitants in their houses, visit school and the traditional life of the lake... Tonle Sap Lake is the largest freshwater fish reserve in Southeast Asia, and its amplitude can vary by 12m between the dry season and the rainy season.Lunch at a local restaurant.Afternoon, free time to relax or visit the “Senteurs d’Angkor” factory, which manufactures candles, soaps, and other creams, processing spices such as pepper, chili, curry, etc). Make stops at Bayon temple, Terrace of the Elephants, and other key locations in the UNESCO World Heritage Site. A Tuk Tuk is for 02 passengers.OPTION 8: Sunset Gondola Boat accompanied by a glass of champagneIn the late afternoon, enjoy a pleasant moment to admire the sunset in the Angkor area with a small gondola cruise on the Tonlé Oum from the South gate of Angkor Thom to the West gate or vice versa. Ox-Cart is one of the traditional transport in Cambodia, especially used in the countryside.OPTION 19: A break at a local village to enjoy a Labok Kator show (30mns), a Khmer  martial art with some fresh coconut juice and exotic fruits tasting.
